Mendocino Baking Company specializes in delicious, nutritious gluten-free baked goods such as cookies, cakes, breads and crackers. The company has been operating in the county since 2015, and sells products at local farmers markets and select retail stores.

Contest Details
- Five winners drawn at random will receive a six-item gift basket with a variety of freshly baked gluten-free baked goods worth approximately $50.
- The winners will be selected from all those who subscribe to the Edible Mendocino & Lake Counties e-newsletter between 12:01 am on March 15, 2025 and 11:59 pm on June 30, 2025.
- Winners in Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma counties will be contacted by phone or email to arrange delivery of their prize locally, and those in other counties and states will receive their prize via USPS 2-day priority mail.
- Mendocino Baking Company reserves the right to choose the items included in the gift basket based on product availability and winner location.
Giveaway Rules and Restrictions
- Entrants whose email address was previously subscribed to the e-newsletter (prior to March 15, 2025) are not eligible to win.
- Current subscribers may not subscribe a second time under a different e-mail address in an attempt to win.
- Only one entry is allowed per email address.
- Entries without a name, address, and U.S. phone number will be considered invalid.
- The winner will be randomly selected on or around July 15, 2025 and notified by phone or email.
- No purchase is required to participate.
